Welcome

My name is Poornima Parameswaran.

I move through the challenge of multiple myeloma, embrace innovation and entrepreneurship, and lead in both non-profit and for-profit spaces.

Shaped by experiences in India, Bahrain, and now the US, I carry the influences of Indian, Arab, and American cultures. They inform how I navigate the world, both personally and professionally.

I’m writing a memoir that draws from my journey with multiple myeloma, weaving together stories of science, entrepreneurship, caregiving, and resilience. It reflects on the evolving nature of hope, identity, and purpose through moments of challenge and transformation.

I look forward to sharing this story with you.
